Red Banded Pistol Shrimp "Alpheus randalli"
Also known as Randall’s Snapping Shrimp, the Candy Stripe Shrimp, Red Banded Pistol, Candy Pistol, is a species of pistol shrimp that is found off the Marquesas Islands in the Indian ocean, it has also been observed in the Seychelles as well. The Randall's Pistol Shrimp is one of the most popular and sought-after pistol shrimp species. It has red and white bands with some yellow in its legs. It is not available often and they are usually very small when available.
