It thrives well in a temperature range of 72-78 degrees Fahrenheit, and pH of 8.1-8.4. We advise you to keep your aquarium decorated with lots of rock work and hiding place, to provide them a plenty of space to swim freely. The Black and Gold Chromis should be kept in a tank not less than 30 gallon.
